Everything you need to know about Phase Radar
Phase Radar reads artist names and titles visible in an image. It does not identify audio. For an Instagram story or DJ video, take a screenshot when a readable track name or tracklist is displayed.
Automatic playlist creation is available for YouTube after connecting a Google account. Spotify, Apple Music and other platform links let you search for individual tracks; they do not create a playlist automatically.
Upload a festival or club poster to extract the billed artists and find tracks and DJ sets for them on YouTube. These are listening suggestions based on the artists, not the actual tracklists of their upcoming performances.
Your Google account must have a YouTube channel. Go to youtube.com, click your profile picture, and select 'Create a channel'. Then reconnect your Google account in Settings and try again.
Yes! Go to Settings and click 'Connect Google Account' to link your Google/YouTube account. You'll then be able to create playlists.
This usually means your YouTube token expired or your Google account doesn't have a YouTube channel. Disconnect and reconnect in Settings, and make sure you have a YouTube channel.
Phase Radar identifies tracklists from DJ sets (via image/screenshot) and festival lineups (via poster image). It finds the tracks, lets you preview them, and export them as YouTube playlists.
It depends on your plan: Free users get 3 scans/month, Pro users get 30 scans/month, and Unlimited users enjoy 50 scans every day.
For Free and Pro plans, credits reset monthly on your subscription anniversary. For the Unlimited plan, the daily limit resets every day at midnight UTC.
To ensure fair performance for everyone, we have a 'burst limit' of 3 scans per minute. Just wait a few seconds and try again!
We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. Max file size is 10MB.
Our AI looks for clues like 'Mixed by', 'Selected by', or large header text. If it's missed, you can always manually edit the title after the scan.
Make sure your image is clear and legible. Heavily stylized fonts, blurry screenshots, or very low-resolution images might confuse the analysis.
